Join us every Sunday at 10:30am for a beginner-friendly Vinyasa style flow class at Cooperage Brewing Co. led by SarahM Yoga. We will combine the art of getting strong and centered with the art of drinking fine craft beer. Sessions will be an hour long and are held in the tasting room. Enjoy a tasty beer, Revive Kombucha, or a Yerba Mate after you get your yoga on!
